Information on § 15 paragraph 1 VerpackG

Dear business partners,

In accordance with Section 15 (1) VerpackG, all commercial and private end consumers must be informed about the return option for packaging that is not subject to system participation and the purpose of this option from July 3, 2021.

We are taking this opportunity to inform you as our customer that we will take back all disposable transport and bulk consumer packaging that is part of our goods shipments free of charge at the place of delivery or in its immediate vicinity and recycle it. The manner of such a return will also be coordinated in advance with the respective requirements and possibilities.

We would also like to point out that you are not obliged to return the above-mentioned disposable packaging to us. The decision as to whether or not you return this packaging to us is entirely up to you. If you do not make use of the above-mentioned return option, we assume that you will recycle the packaging yourself.

All reusable packaging (e.g. Euro pallets, etc.) must be returned to us as before.
